How to Measure

To measure your waistline at home, all you need is a tape measure and some simple instructions.

Begin by clearing your abdomen of any clothing that might skew measurements.
Find the top of your hip bone and the bottom of your ribs. This is your waist, the space you’ll want to measure around.
Exhale a normal breath out.
Wrap your tape measure around your waist so it is parallel to the floor. Don’t pull too tight or let the tape fall too loosely. Record your measurement.

This belt is amazing.On it’s own it makes an amazing job and make you sweat a lot but I add the "sliming cream" in addition for a double result.I lost a lot of waist fat in only 2 months

Great for lifting weights or everything you do rather standing up but not so good for workouts where you have to bend a lot. It's so stiff that I barely can bend down to pick something up. It's rather bulky so you will see it if worn under a shirt.

Ordered this product for myself and was excited to see it arrive early. Tried it on and it didn’t fit so I exchanged it for a size bigger which fits true to size. The seller was very understanding and sent the exchange out with no problems. The material is very sturdy but not too stiff. It supposes your back and doesn’t sit up under my rib cage. I love the extra wrap support. Would definitely buy again.

I received this item yesterday and it was soapy wet. Did know what to think of this. I hand washed it, hung it out t dry; it took all night and some to dry. I put the belt on. The belt appears to be a used one. I did put the belt on and it is a perfect belt. I have not worn it long enough to see the result.

I received my waist trainer and it fit nice and snug like it's supposed to. So you can get your size, because as your waist begins trimming, you are able to tighten the waist trainer as you slim down. I like this particular Nebility waist trainer because it has great reviews and is a good fair price for what it does. It also helps with posture which is a plus. Im getting one for my daughter as well. I do recommend this one.

I was trying to buy a waist trainer that actually fits because I bought the small size in a different place and it fits but then it did not fit anymore I tried to buy an x small size but they did not have that size. This is the only place I found one but that does not mean it is not good. When I try it on it is a bit lose but then this trainer comes with a belt which is good and it is tighter.

Make sure you use the size chart that they have posted because I measured myself and it fit to the T. I really like how it gives you the option to tighten it more.
